Imaging Solutions are specialist distributors of superior medical equipment and market leaders in providing quality equipment and brands to the healthcare industry. We aim to offer value proposition to the industry by establishing strategic alliance with major medical manufactures.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of the Imaging Solutions Quality Management System is for the provisions for Designing & Supplying Medical Devices and Accessories including Patient Monitoring, Radiation Protection Equipment, Consumable Products and the provision of After Sales Service to the Health Industry.

3. Quality Framework

Imaging Solutions are continually seeking improvements in the business practices and pursuing exceptional customer relationship management through strategic alliance with the suppliers and OEM’s. As leaders in the market, Imaging Solutions is determined to improve its performance and thus has adopted the principles of Quality Management System ISO 9001 to provide a standardised framework for sustainability and process/ business improvements.

Imaging Solutions’ has established framework for developing business performance objectives and targets to ensure sustainability and growth.

These objectives and targets are established and  continually evaluated through;

•  Leadership meetings;
• Sales meeting;
• Supplier evaluation; and
• Customer Feedback.

Imaging Solutions’ Leadership team also provide effective oversite on the performance of the Quality Management

System and are responsible for establishing quality and business goals.
